Product Introduction
Spiral steel pipe is a type of steel pipe made by rolling low-carbon carbon structural steel or low-alloy structural steel strips into a pipe blank at a certain helical angle (called the forming angle) and then welding the pipe seams. The welding process can use narrower steel strips to produce large-diameter steel pipes, which has high production efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Relying on Jingye Group's complete whole-process technology and the advantages of advanced RH vacuum refining furnace, intelligent controlled rolling and heat treatment equipment for raw materials, the products meet the requirements of API-5L standards, with the highest steel grade reaching X100, and can meet the needs of customized, personalized and rapid delivery in terms of material, wall thickness and length. The company has 6 double-sided submerged arc welding spiral production lines, which can custom-produce products with a diameter of 219mm-2420mm, a wall thickness of 4.5mm-25.4mm, and a length of 6m-18m. It has passed the quality management system, environmental management system, occupational health and safety management system certification, as well as EU certification, and has obtained HSE certification and API 5L certification; the products are widely used in oil transportation, water supply and drainage engineering, gas pipelines, heating pipelines, steel structure engineering and other fields.


1、Production equipment
All 6 production lines for spiral welded pipes adopt the semi-continuous front-swing production process, featuring high forming precision and strong adaptability, and can realize the production capacity of large-diameter and thick-walled spiral pipes.

2、Testing equipment (pictures will be sent separately)
(1)Microcomputer-controlled pendulum impact testing machine: tests the impact resistance performance, including plastic films, sheets, composite films, and metal foils.
(2)Bending testing machine: It conducts various precise tests such as tension, compression, and bending under servo control conditions, which can meet the mechanical property testing needs of different materials. It can complete low-cycle fatigue tests with multiple waveforms according to the set loading mode, and is suitable for complex mechanical property testing.
(3)Tensile testing machine: mainly used to conduct three-point bending mechanical property tests on various metal materials at room temperature. It features mature, advanced and reliable technology and can reach the international advanced level.
(4)Metallographic inspection: The automatic adjustment function can ensure good reproducibility of color and contrast. All metadata (including scaling) will be automatically stored together with the image, ensuring the integrity and traceability of image data. Digital microscopic imaging can be easily performed to obtain clear and realistic color images.
(5)Impact specimen notch projector: It uses optical projection methods to magnify and project the contour of the V-shaped or U-shaped notch of the tested impact specimen onto the projection screen, and compares it with the standard template diagram on the projection screen to determine whether the notch processing of the tested impact specimen is qualified. It has high precision and efficiency, making it an important tool for inspecting the quality of impact specimen notches. It is widely used in impact tests of metal materials to ensure that the quality and safety performance of materials meet the standard requirements.
