Jingye Group conscientiously implements the various policies and guidelines of the Party and the state, is committed to the development and growth of the enterprise, and has enabled nearly 90000 people to live and work in peace and contentment. It has also driven the development of the catering and transportation industries in the surrounding areas.

In 2017, Jingye Group invested 50 million yuan to establish the Hebei Jingye Public Welfare Foundation. From 2017 to 2024, an annual scholarship of 20000 yuan was distributed to each outstanding student in Pingshan County's college entrance examination, with a total grant of 34.41 million yuan. In April 2018, Jingye Group donated 5 million yuan of medical poverty alleviation fund to the Pingshan County government, which was used for the establishment of registered impoverished population, extremely poor support personnel (five guarantee households), rural subsistence allowance, and medical assistance for severely disabled people. The direct beneficiaries exceeded 40000 people. In 2020, the group donated over 25 million yuan in donations and supplies to the front lines of epidemic prevention and control in Hubei and other areas; In August 2023, a donation of 5 million yuan was made to Zhuozhou City and Fangshan District, demonstrating the responsibility and commitment of the old district enterprises. Jingye Group also donated 1.3 million yuan in poverty alleviation funds to Huang'an Village in Pingshan County, continuously contributing to social welfare undertakings, and has already donated more than 800 million yuan to society.  

Jingye Group actively responds to the national call to "make military personnel a respected profession in the whole society", always remembering to love the country and support the military, providing nearly 1200 job positions for retired soldiers, military dependents, and other beneficiaries.

Shijiazhuang Jingye Hospital is a non-profit secondary comprehensive hospital approved by the Shijiazhuang Municipal Approval Bureau and is a designated medical insurance unit in Shijiazhuang. The hospital currently has a team of experts from several provincial and municipal tertiary hospitals, and is equipped with first-class international high-end medical equipment.  

In order to provide more children with high-quality teachers and a good educational environment, the group has invested billions of yuan to build Shijiazhuang Jingye Middle School, which is a full-time 12 year boarding school. Schools do not aim for profit, but rather serve their employees and society. Jingye Middle School has first-class hardware facilities, first-class teachers, and advanced teaching methods. Jingye Middle School will continue to transform and upgrade, focusing on the educational purpose of being a "cradle of talent" and committed to establishing provincial-level prestigious schools.

While developing, Jingye Group never forgets to give back to society, investing 500 million yuan to build roads such as Huanchang Road, Gangcheng Road, Huangjin Road, Scenic Area Connection Road, Nansu Road, etc., totaling more than 100 kilometers, which has facilitated villagers' travel and promoted local economic development. At the same time, a huge investment was made to build Caotugou New Village and Dishanbei New Village with high standards, enriching the local people.
